Our team continues to be here for you and your cherished pets. We are OPEN and are now able to provide a wide range of services. To learn more about the changes we have implemented in response to COVID-19 and what to expect during your next visit, click here.
We offer a wide range of services including medical, diagnostic, surgical, and preventive health care needs for your pet, so they live a longer, happier life. One of the best things you can do for your pet to keep him or her healthy is bringing them for regular exams and vaccinations. Protect your dog against problems before they start; below is a list of our dog services.
With recent changes to restrictions on businesses, we can continue providing our full range of services, under certain restrictions. As our province enters the next phase of the reopening plan, we have some updates to share with you about our safety measures. We are now allowing ONE client per appointment in the building for emergency and sick appointments only, with a maximum of 2 clients in the building in total.
1. WE CAN NOW SEE ALL CASES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, heartworm testing, spays and neuters, dental services, and more!
2. SAFETY MEASURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE
We are allowing 1 client in per pet into the hospital for emergency and sick appointments only. When you arrive, please remain outside the hospital and use your cell phone to call us so a staff member can meet you at the door and bring you and your pet into the hospital for an examination.
We ask that you wear a mask when in our building and encourage you to bring your own. While in the exam room please minimize contact and keep with our social distancing protocols in the confined space. We are unable to offer the use of our hospital washroom at this time.
You may choose to continue with the "closed-door" approach and we can obtain a history over the phone and then collect the pet at the door for the exam. The Veterinarian will then call you to discuss the recommended treatment plan. After your appointment, a staff member will return your pet to you outside and take care of any needed medications and payment.
Continue the use of credit cards as the preferred payment method.
Continue with curbside pickup of food and medication (unless you have used our online store and are having your order delivered directly to your home). To place an order through our online store, visit our website and click on "Online Store".
3. ONLINE CONSULTATIONS ARE AVAILABLE
If you wish to connect with a veterinarian via message, phone or video, visit our website and follow the "Online Consultation" link.
