As animal owners, we are fortunate to be able to make the decision when we notice a decline in our dog’s quality of life when they are senior pets.

What is pet euthanasia and how do I know when it’s the right time?

Euthanasia is when the dog is given an overdose of an anesthetic, causing the heart and lungs to stop. It is a pain-free injection. We know it is time when the quality of life is no longer optimal.

Can I say goodbye to my pet in the comfort of our home?

We do not offer services at home at the present time, but we do have a veterinarian in the area that we recommend.

How is the euthanasia drug administered?

The euthanasia drug is administered through an intravenous catheter causing a fast response and takes seconds to take effect.
